Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Geek Jobs, a career intelligence product operated by Geek Solutions. By creating an account or using Geek Jobs, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Geek Jobs provides tools for organizing career information, analyzing job descriptions, preparing applications and interviews, generating career insights, and related productivity features. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share access to your account in a way that bypasses plan limits or other service controls.

3. Career and AI-generated information

Geek Jobs may use automated analysis and AI-assisted functionality. Results are intended to support your own research and decisions. They may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations and should be reviewed before you rely on them in an application, interview, or other professional context.

Geek Jobs does not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation, offers, or any particular career outcome.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the career information, resumes, job descriptions, notes, and other content you submit. You grant Geek Solutions the limited rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, and deliver that content as part of the service.

You are responsible for having the right to submit any content you provide, including job descriptions or other third-party material.

5. Plans, subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, prices, included usage, and billing periods are displayed on the pricing page before purchase. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider made available by Geek Solutions. We do not store your full card, UPI, or other payment-instrument credentials on Geek Jobs.

Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payment-provider terms may also apply to the payment transaction.

6. Usage limits and fair use

Plans may include monthly limits for job analysis, applications, interview practice, or other features. Usage counters are associated with your account and may reset according to the plan described at purchase. Attempts to circumvent limits, abuse automated features, or interfere with the service are prohibited.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Geek Jobs to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse payment systems, or use the product for fraudulent or deceptive activity.

8. Third-party services

Geek Jobs may depend on third-party services including Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Razorpay, analytics providers, AI providers, and other infrastructure or integration partners. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to the parts of the service they provide.

9. Intellectual property

The Geek Jobs product, software, branding, visual design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Geek Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Geek Jobs available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, abuse, unlawful use, payment issues, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Geek Jobs is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Geek Solutions disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint or dispute informally. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
